Working while appealing PSW refusal

Hey guys I have a quick question,

Can someone still work in the UK while appealing their PSW refusal? If possible can you show me where on the UKBA this is confirmed?

The Immigration Act of 1971 says that ur leave to stay will extend with all the privileges that u have till a decision on your appeal is taken.. U read it..

you can work whilst your appeal is pending if you already have a job, but u cnt get a job because no company will be willing to take u on because at the time you dont have any right to be in the country
