Post by zees » Fri Mar 05, 2010 10:20 am

I want to ask an important question.
If a Non european man marries an EURopean woman (Not french) and moves to France. What kind of Visa he will get?
and after how many years he will be eligible for the citizenship of France?
Please reply soon.

Not a visa but a residence card if the EEA national is exercising treaty rights. Read up on Directive 2004/38/EC and please browse this forum. There is plenty of information on that topic here, also regarding France.
