hi guys,

I have applied and got my psw visa for 2 years(23/01/2010 TO 23/01/2012 which was due to satrt from 23/01/10 but i didnot trvel to uk now my doubt is

IS THERE ANY TIME SCALE FOR ENTRY CLEARENCE VISA THAT YOU HAVE TO TREVEL TO UK i MEAN LIKE MY VISA STARTED ON 23/01/10 DO I NEED TO TREVEL TO UK IN ONE MONTH FROM THE VISA ISSUE DATE OTHER WISE MY ENTRY CLEARENCE VISA WILL GET CANCELLED IS THERE ANY THING LIKE THT

I don't think there is any such requirement to use the visa within a certain period. My visa was valid from 4th Feb. I traveled out of UK on 19th Feb and returned on 5th Mar which was when I entered using the PSW. Absolutely no problems.

It is nobodies problem when you enter the UK with your PSW. you come to UK when your PSW Visa is 1 month remaining, thats not a problem. But the problem is you meeting any requirement to switch to Tier 1 or 2 General.

The more time you spent in UK during PSW the better chance to have a workable evidence and prove to for further switching, because they will no longer extend your PSW - Its Deadend.
