Name diffference in passport and salary slip

Hi All,
I would like to apply UK Tier-1 General skilled worker VISA.

I have the below doubt :

As per my passport :
My Given Name is : Karunakaran,
surname is : Mailam Subbarayan,
Father Name is : Subbarayan,

But in my salary slip I have Given Name and father Name
So, in my salary slip i have : Karunakaran Subbarayan

But my Bank record i have
Karunakaran Mailam Subbarayan

Could you Please any one guide/suggest me how to proceed further to apply the Visa for UK Tier-1 General.

Do i need to produce any kind of letter from employer that state about the name different like both names are same. or as per our organization software design we keep the given name father name like.

Do I need to get letter from organization to describe the reason.
