not all hsmp holders but applicants covered under hsmp(jr) are indeed exempted from the Life in the UK test for the purpose of ILR. although they would need to pass the test to apply for citizenship.kiwigirl25 wrote:Erm, I don't think that is entirely correct. Nothing about applicants applying based on HSMP being exempt.
