Tier 1 from US - Photograph size

I am applying for Tier-1 from US.
I am having hard time finding a place where they would get me 35 mm by 45 mm sized portrait done.

The standard size here for US passport is 2 inch by 2inch.
Someone told me to just use the US passport size photograph.

Is that acceptable?

BIA is very strict on photograph guidance!

Some photography studios can do that. Don't go to convience stores such as CVS and AAA.

Get a digital camera and print your own photo, do not make any image alteration though.

The studio i went to did the same.
