Here are my thoughts on this. When I put down my partner, unmarried or civil partner, the NCS person said I really didn't need to do this, unless I was married. I would add your current partner because you are still married. That may just cause confusion and take them longer to investigate. I know you are living as if she was your wife, but again, the NCS person said this was unimportant. I still wrote my partner down, but I don't think it would have made a difference had done this or not.
