Has anyone included additional documents for Admin review?

Post by me_lab » Thu Mar 11, 2010 5:06 pm

Hello All,

I submitted my tier 1 general application on 23/02/2010. I received my passport back on 11/03/2010 with a rejection.

Reason:
Salary slips provided for 12 months and bank statements provided only for 4 months. So, previous earnings were taken only for 4 months and you don't have enough earnings to qualify.

For funds verification I sent 4 months bank statement.

I submitted the following documents for previous earnings (clearly marked):
12 months pay slip attested by my HR
W2 (From US)
Tax filing document from HR Block (US)
Tax acceptence and refund email notification from IRS (US).

I should have searched this forum before submitting...I see W2 is not accepted.

I can get the 12 months bank statement attested.

My question here is:
BHC note clearly say review will be done with existing document.
I want to know if anyone has sent additional documents when requesting a review? and if so, was that helpful.

If there is none who had a previous positive experience, I can re-apply.

Also,
Can I get the documents back before the default 28 days when BHC will send them back?

Thanks

Hi, as per the guidelines you cannot submit any additional documents with the review. Seniors can tell you precisely about it.

From where did you apply for your visa? Is it personally in a VFS center or from UK? I too applied for tier 1 visa on 23rd Feb from VFS delhi and still waiting for a result.

Hi there,

I applied in-person at Chennai VFS. Decision was taken on 09/03/2010 and received passport on 11th. Good luck.

Regards
