New FLR Forms for PBS dependants - 03 March 2010

Home office introduced new forms for PBS dependants applying for FLR on 03 March 2010 or after. I am not sure if people have taken notice of this change. Apparently there is no change in the forms as far as tier 1 dependants are concerned.

Any comments from moderators and other readers ?

Does this mean we can't use the previous form?
I have already printed and filled the old form for my dependants.

Yes. I think you need to use new forms. From 03 March 2010 onwards all applicants need to use new forms.

Any changes in the form?
I have recently taken print out of the new form that was launched 03/10
Should I just take print of the first page or do I need new prints for the entire form?

You better download the whole form - the latest one, introduced on 12 March. Apparently they have changed it again after only 9 days.
