If one is refused on the basis of working more than 20hrs, is there any possibility of winning appeal?

I went there on 13/01/2010 (Referred my case to case worker)
Required documents sent 21/01/2010
Documents received 22/01/2010
No ackg letter
No visa till date!

My visa going to expire on 31/03/2010 so is there any contact number where I call them to find out what's going on and how long it gonna take.

Help.

Thanks
You should be able to know how strong your documents are.
1. Do you have a Degree you studied fulltime from an approved college or University, and you have a valid visa that allows you to study, and the degree is awarded within last 12 months?

2. Did you maintain the required fund for 3 months without the balance going less than £800 at any-time, if so did you submit the original and authentic bank statement?

Ans 1) Yes from UK recg. Uni Masters Degree
Ans 2) Yes I 800 for me and 533 for my wife but I saved about 1600 for three months for both of us and gave original bank statements...

contact your bank and ask them if HOME OFFICE requested them to take money out? and what was the outcome ? i.e the bank refused or they allowed it?

regards
