Can anyone confirm is Master degree mandatory for Tier-1 General HSMP visa application?

there is no as such thing as HSMP anymore unless you were already given leave under HSMP. Tier 1 general has replaced HSMP.

Currently, yes Masters is a key requirement. But the govt. committee has recommended that this requirement should be dropped to Bachelors.

It is not likely to change for another 3,4,5 months though one would imagine.
