Which form do I fill in for settlement of my wife

Post by fais79 » Sun Mar 14, 2010 9:43 am

Hello,

I'm on ILR settled in UK and have got married to my wife earlier in January. She is a Pakistani national and currently residing in Pakistan.

We both are about 25yrs old.

Kindly, can someone guide me on which form(s) do I or her have to fill in to get the visa to come to UK and join me?

I have done some research and it seems VAF4A form is relevant to us. But do I need to fill this form sign and send it to her or does she fill the form in and sign herself? Are there any other forms we have to fill in?

Many Thanks.

Husbands, wives and Partners (INF4).

Anyone can fill the form (preferably applicant) but the applicant must sign it.

VAF4A - correct.

All other info can be found on:

If you read the form and the guidance notes - all will be revealed.
