Final Checks, please help !!!!

Hello All,
I just wanted to make a final check to the list. I am applying for extension of my HSMP visa. I am applying along with my wife.

Documents:

Covering Letter

Form filled and VAF 10 for my wife

2 Photographs each with name at the back.

Both passports

Original HSMP Apporval letter

Supporting documents:

1. Age Assessment

Documents provided:
Original Passport

2. Educational Qualification

Documents provided:
Original Masters Degree Certificate.

3. Previous Earnings

Documents Provided:
12 months pay slip from
Bank Statement covering the period claimed for previous earnings and showing all 12 salary credits.

4. UK Experience

Documents provided:
12 months salary slips

5. English Language Requirement

Documents provided:
Already provided with the initial HSMP application.

6. Maintenance Fund

Documents provided:
Bank (Current Account) statement showing a minimum balance of not less than £1600. for three months

Bank (Joint Saving) statement showing a minimum balance of not less than £1600.

Is this all or should I be sending anything else.

Make sure you are using RIGHT APPLICATION FORMS... (Assuming you are applying within UK)

Invalid applications will loose time and money..

Just a small confirmation, above given applications are same for Work permit to Tier 1 switching also ?
