Appendix 1 section 4.6 for earnings

Hello Experts

I have a doubt regarding the columns in the section 4.6

4.6 Earnings Table -
Columns are given below
1. Source of Earnings (include details of employer; Name of Business etc and start and end dates for this source of earning)
2. Country of Earnings
3. Currency in which Earnings were paid
4. Earnings Claimed (in original currency)
5. Exchange Rate Applied
6. Earnings in pounds sterling
7. Evidence of earnings provided


The reason I am confused is because of the instructions given along, in the PBS i don't see the last column, also i don't see the column below big enough to write something there! Can any one explain me what are the entries for these columns?

2. Country of Earnings - U.K or United Kingdom
3. Currency in which Earnings were paid - GBP/ Pounds
4. Earnings Claimed (in original currency) - 99999999.99£
5. Exchange Rate Applied - 1.0
6. Earnings in pounds sterling - 99999999.99£
7. Evidence of earnings provided 12 x Payslips + 12 x Bankstatements

The reason I am confused is because of the instructions given along, in the PBS i don't see the last column, also i don't see the column below big enough to write something there! Can any one explain me what are the entries for these columns?

You can also give these details in your cover letter if no space available Or after taking the print of the form you can write additional info in it.

Are there any standards as to what kind of payslips will do ? My company gives me online payslips, will it work if i submit printouts of the same ?

I think you can but you gotta get them signed and stamped by your employer
