Tier 1 General Application in April 2010

I have quick question that i m planning to apply Tier 1 general in First week of April 2010. i m employed and claiming some self-employment points as well. I m sending me 12 months salary slips and 12 months bank statement, what do i need to send my self-employement prof as i recently started that work like 4 months back and i have bank statement ...what else do i need to send .....if anyone help me out please...Thanks in Advance...
