Can anyone of you please refer to a certain regulation/ number,part/ by which the following is true? Thank you.


One is not required to be a quaified person before they could invoke the right of entry for their non EEA family member until they have lived in the host member state for more than 3 months.

Regulation 13 which is the implementation of Article 6 of Directive 2004/38/EC.
