Advice on tier 1 God bless as you respond

Hello
I am in the process of converting from PSW to tier 1 general. My current salary in united kingdom is about 24,000GBP annually, however to make up for the require point i need about 16,000GBP. I register as a self employ but doing bussiness overseas in ghana specifically. Can anyone in the house advise me if its possible to combine my earnings in uk within 12months with my earnings in ghana.
If its possible to combine,what documentation do i need to present? Also the tax for my earning in ghana how do i remit it in uk or do i just need to pay tax in ghana?
I will really appreciate if anyone can help with this info
