I want to claim specialist points, i had attached sample exp letter.
I would appreciate if some one can help me to draft. so, i can claim points.

This is to certify that Mr. M G N has been employed with us as Sr. Security & Network Support Specialist from January 20, 2002.

As Sr. Security & Network Support Specialist, he is responsible for the following functions:

Project Skills:
Provide Project Management / Client Communication support, including requirements definition, project scoping and project planning and risk assessment. Assist the Team Leaders with a technical sign off on all Project designs for the support team.
Demonstrated excellence from design and planning to deployment on delivering enterprise security, network and messaging solutions, with superior quality work on time and within budget.
Understand client requirements and design, provide architectural experience based on those requirements. Assist in technical guidelines for Technical Consultants.
Technical Skills:

Assist the Technical Support Manager in keeping the technical areas of the Information Security Policies and guidance notes up to date. Assist in the technical drafting of new policies, information security strategist in researching, reviewing, developing and rolling-out new technologies and solutions that enhance company-wide Information Security whilst making the processes more efficient or easier to deliver.

Undertake independent technical analysis of incoming proposals to determine the benefit or risk to the organisation of their implementation. Work closely with the other members of the Information Security team to ensure that consistent advice is given to the Group. Help develop new, creative ways of working to improve output quality, to give competitive advantage, and to deliver efficiencies within the information security framework. This includes reviewing delivery of the system and other aspects of mobile working.

Provide technical support as well as guidance on processes and best practice for systems projects. Technical responsibility for the design, development and usage of specific security technologies and products within the Organisations Infrastructure Services to ensure that they satisfy the organisations technical needs economically, efficiently and effectively.
Identifies, develops, and documents audit issues and recommendations and operational efficiencies using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed. Maintain a plan to constantly improve security aspects of the infrastructure, ensure that the infrastructure is secure, highly available, performing and scalable.
Provide High Level Core infrastructure design, implementation and maintenance of Network, Firewall, Intrusion Protection, Antivirus and Messaging Components. Identify bottlenecks in the system and provide solutions to resolve any issues. Work with key external technology partners to refine and develop product infrastructure. Act as a technical point of reference for Network Support Analysts, Security Analysts and Exchange Support Analyst as Tier 4 diagnosis and support of operational problems using hardware and software tools as necessary. Has excellent experience of larger network environments with excellent understanding of problem resolution processes.
Provide guidance and consultation on datacenter design. Manage and executive business continuity plans and emergency management plans. Provide education and awareness presentations. Provide administrative support towards the Business Continuity Program via maintaining audit documentation; organizing, coordinating and facilitating Business Continuity Planning Group strategy and standards meetings; installing, enhancing, and maintaining planning tools; as well as develop and write business continuity standards, policies, and practices. Implement the Change Management processes and procedures.
He has shown exceptional ability and performance as a Senior Security & Network Support Specialist.

I should say that the whole letter is too terminology-heavy.. non techie guy (like hsmp caseworker) is not going to appreciate your valueable experience of security and network support specialist. I would add a bit of explanation taste to make it sound more like a letter than like a tech spec, if you understand what I mean...
