Hi i won my admin review for Tier 4, but visa could not be procssed for jan intake, my next intake is september and university has issued me the new offer letter with cas.
on the other hand embassy emailed me regarding new university letter and said if it is for sept intake than they cannot issue me a visa before july.
I am uncertain as if my partial decision has been made and i just have to submit my new letter to embassy, and i fear that if i submit it now they will ask me to whitdraw my application or if i do not submit they could also ask me to whitdraw the case now and reappy in june july.
