I think you can use the same bank statements for the earnings proof & maintenance fund. (think one of my friends had done so for her extension.)

You would need to explain it in your cover letter though.

You don't need a duplicate copy of the same statements.

As an extension to this question (I don't want to start a new topic), when gathering evidence for previous earnings, one piece of evidence I will use is my bank statements (to be signed and stamped by the bank and printed on official bank stationary).

Is it sufficient to show one bank statement filtered down showing only the salary direct deposits made by my employer and no other transactions? The alternative is showing many bank statements showing all the transactions I have made in the past 12 months (e.g. paying for petrol and food)? The first one would obviously be preferable since it would be only one page and would be easy to identify the salary payments (particularly for the case worker).

Naturally all statements will be stamped and signed on bank stationary.

Wow !!.. thanks every 1 for helping me out :)

aruni...MJNair..[iD].. for extending your help !
Much appreciated !!

@GeneNZ
1 think I like to say ..I had real hard time with natwest bank,
they completely denied to provide any information on Lettehead.
Statements given to is on a4 sheet with just a rubber stamp(no sign).
Please make sure your bank is ready to assist thru official bank stationary.

Best of luck !! :)

look for the bank statements requirements in the guidance note
submit normal genuine bank statements and highlight the transactions covering your earnings
