:?: plzzzzzzzzzz reply my query due to recession i want to secure my self. at the moment i am on wp and my ILR WILL BE IN NOV 2011 INSHALLAH.
IS THERE ANY RULE THAT NOW I CAN CHANGE MY STATUS FROM WP TO HSMP.
PLZZZZZ SENIORS HELP ME

when is your current visa expiring?

if you need to make an application, it has to be tier 1 general or tier 2. check out the point calculator on UKBA website to find out if you qualify for it.

PS. no HSMP category exists anymore
