Payslip less than 12 months

Post by sphinxo » Sun Mar 21, 2010 4:55 pm

Hi,

will I get refused if I apply Tier 1 General Visa by only give 9months payslip?
because I wont be eligible again when the rule is changed on next month.
I will have insufficien 10points for section A because the salary between £25K-£29,999 is only get 5 point.

Any suggestion for me to sort this out?

Thank you,

No problem in claiming only 9 months earnings if you get enough points.

Thank you for the replies guys..,
I just calculated my wages again. the total just for 9 months is still 17K.
so it will be insufficient :( .

well, before that I worked as a casual staff in a hotel, and I get paid around 800 - 1000/month. can I combine with this one as well ?

Thank you

You can include all your "legal earnings" in consecutive 12 month (or less) from last 15 months
doesn't matter what the job was
