I am an Indian working in Belgium since last three years and am on a WP Type B and hold an expat status.
My question is, am I eligible to apply for naturalization?
If NO, what is the criteria that I should meet?

first, you have to speak one of the three official languages: French, Dutch or German.

Then you can find all of the info you need on the website of the ministry of foreign affairs www.diplomatie.be:
