Sales Executive and HSMP

i want to know two things ....
1- how many chances of success for Sales Executive in HSMP. is there any list of skills required for HSMP.

2- if my salary plan is following

Basic Salary = A
Benefits = B
Total = C
so my points of salary will be claim on basis of A or C.

your chances of success as a sales executive depend on how professional and close to your education employer's letter(s) of recommendation will look.

your salary will be exactly what appears your gross wage (before taxes). it absolutely doesn't matter if you had $1 base salary + $10,000 sales bonus or $10,000 salary and $1 sales bonus.
