Tier 1 extension for dependants

I have a extension by next week. I have few questions:
1. Do I have to fill separate form for each dependant ?
2. If I apply through post, then it is counted on the day the application was posted, am I correct?

Thanks for your reply . Do I have to print all the pages of the application form or the important pages that are relevant?

Some people only send pages relevant to them but other (like me) send entire application form
so it's your choice
