Not getting appointment for Tier1

Hi All,

I am new to this board.. Its good to meet you all people in such a good board.

After the announcement of new rules getting implemented on 6th apr, i wish to apply for tier 1 HSMP ASAP as my current WP is expiring on 10th apr itself

i am not getting an appointment although i am refreshing the online booking page every minute of the day..

could soembody advise?? thanks[/i]

Appointments are very limited and with the new rules announced, I doubt if there are any left. Keep trying you might get lucky.

Best option is to send by post. The day you post your application will be the date of application and if it is before 6th April, your application will be dealt with the current rules.

U can try going through lawyer.. they have slots every week.

he may charge for u that but it worth going for...

Thanks a lot for your suggestion but I am not aware about any good lawyers and how much could they charge

Any suggestions/guidance is greatly welcomed and would come to my rescue.

And also could anyone answer - Does applying by post anyways lower my chances of getting Tier 1 visa successfully??

I am fully eligible as per the new rules getting implemented on 6th Apr.

Just a bit scared as I always believed that attending in person is more safe but since I donot have any option except to send my application by post .
