Does TIER 1 Dependant needs address proof ?

Post by aarora » Tue Mar 23, 2010 11:57 am

Hello,

I’m applying for TIER 1 for me and spouse as dependant together.
Currently on TIER2 since 2006.

Do I need to provide Tenant Agreement or some other Address proof for dependant?
Cause I don’t have current Tenant Agreement(got expired 4 months back)

Can someone please confirm.

I don't think you need to provide any tenancy agreement especially when you are applying in-country and together.

:) ease me out !

To be on safe side .. Can I add Council tax? ( its on boths' name)
But, this might confuse or irritate them as unwanted document.
any suggestions !

IMHO, You should review the list of supporting documents that you need to provide from the guidance and not add additional documents to complicate the case!
