Work permit to ILR

Hi,
My wp was issued on 05-sep-2006
and expired on 05-sep-2011

I entered in uk on 06-Oct-2006 (after 31 days)


my eligible date for ILR might be 08-sep-2011 (28 days earlier)

(I have 3 days problem from 5th sept to 8 sept 2011)

Can I still get ILR without extending workpermit?

i think you should go for other extension.. as HO entertains only those applicants who are with in 28days.. to keep simple if you find hard to get tier2 extension.. you can go for Tier1(G) extension and still qualify for ILR

Unfortunately, from July 2011 new rules are coming into effect under which you will be unable to apply for ILR even after extension
