its not mandatory to meet the claim period to IT Returns.. IT Returns docs are just extra evidences so attach whatever you have till now for the last 3yrswaiwai wrote:Congrats ! One doubt though,

So did you submit any kind of tax returns statement for feb-mar 2009 ? If yes, then what ? If no, then is it required to mention here ?
if you are not comming within 28days.. you dont need to show anything extra at the Immigration apart from just keep all ur docs handy and have ur TB report..kommsu wrote:Thanks Ramesh..

My visa is valid from june 10th 2010 ..I am planing to come UK in JULY or AUGUST..
Is any extra work or evidence I need to show if I enter UK after 28 days,Please clarify.

According to the present rules you should have Masters to qualify, but the rules have changed and the new rules come into effect from 6th April 2010, the PBS has not be updated yet. To see if you qualify, check the below link.subbu_champion wrote:Hi

i dont have even 10 lacs rupees earnings for the last 2 years.it seems the people who have lass than £ 20k ..wont get tier visa?
