Tomorrow i am going to apply my HSMP extension. Could anyone please comment on my documents list please.......


Tier 1 (General) Extension Application: - ANNEXURE B
Form for the main applicant with debit card details for payment of the fee.

Points Based Calculator Summary: - ANNEXURE C
Work out sheet printed from PBS online system showing points claimed.

Age: [Points Claimed: 20] - ANNEXURE D

Evidence Submitted
a) Passport.

Additional Evidences:

a) Original & Notarized English Valid National Identity Document.
b) Original & Notarized English Birth Certificate.
c) Provisional Driving Licence.

Qualification: [Points Claimed: 30] - ANNEXURE E

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science -4 Years

Evidence Submitted.
a) The National Recognition Information Centre for the United Kingdom (UK NARIC) Letter. (http://www.naric.org.uk.)

b) Original Degree Certificates. (Aattested by Higher Education Commission (http://www.hec.gov.pk) & Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pakistan. (http://www.mofa.gov.pk)

Note: My Company don’t have official stamp as they have mention in their letter.

b) Employer Work Experience and Yearly Salary Certificate
c) P60 for 2008-2009 tax year-Only covers first three months (01-Jan-2009 to 05-April- 2009).

Passport(Proof of age)
Payslip and bank statement(Proof of income and balance for last 3 months . maintenance proof)
Employer letter(Proof of UK exp.)

English language (Already submitted with initial application) no need to send now.
Just write u r HSMP approval letter reference no, on the columns provided.


I advice would be don't send too many doc's and confuse the case worker.

151. in the section for previous earnings, and these were for earnings made both in United Kingdom and outside the United Kingdom, at least £16,000 of the earnings must be United Kingdom earnings to receive the points for UK experience.
152.There are no specific documentary requirements for claims in this area as the necessary documentation will have been provided in respect of the Previous Earnings assessment.

I have got my passport with extension for next 3 years taday....


Here is my timeline


Tier 1 extension applicaction
applied 06/02/2010
confirmation letter 13/02/10 recieved on 17/02/10
visa issued 16/03/10 and got passport 20/03/10 (Royal mail recorded delivery......2nd Class)

Dear all,
Last week, I have got my passport back with Tier-1 Extension for next 3 years .

Now I am bit confuse about what I have to do next.
I had got my HSMP visa on 13-March-2008 and enter to UK on 27-April-2008 after 45 DAYS.

Accordingly to current rule DO I need to apply for 2nd extension or direct to ILR??????

Any reply or comment much appreciated !!!!
