Entering UK after 1 year after getting HSW Tier 1 in India

Hi,

I got my HSW done in March 2009, Now I am planning to enter UK with a job although I have spent my first year in India since I got HSMP.

Is it allowed to enter UK in these circumstances?

Senior members, Admin, Please advise.

i will be entering with a Deputation letter from current employer, Will that help?

As an HSMP holder, you do not need a job to come, but it would help. There may be questions of why you were not here for the past year? You have to get prepared for that question.

You know UK economy was down, chances of getting job were very thin, On other side I had EMIs to pay in India & hence i have to continue with job at hand in India hence I didn't travelled to UK.

Now suggest.
