Main Applicant Details in Dependant Application - Doubt

Hi,

Intially I am having HSMP visa and I applied for an extension under tier1. So what should be the answer for the below question in Dependant application

J5. Is the main applicant making an application as
1. An Initial (Switching) application
2. An extension of his / her existing leave
3. A result of a change of employment

you dont have to answer that question, once you answer J4, goto K1

You can't go to section K1 after answering J4. Because it is not mentioned that way

J4. Has the main applicant applied to have his/her application assessed in accordance with paragraphs 39-42 of the HSMP Forum Ltd. Judicial Review Policy Document?
Yes No
Now go to question K1

And if you can have a look at question J3, if you are Tier 2 dependant applicant then it asks you to go to J5. So, as far as I can understand J5 is for Tier 2 dependant applicants.

Thank you Aruni and VKS for the clarification. But while filling the application I selected the second check box even though applying for TIER1 Extension from HSMP. Is it an issue?
