Post by rackspace » Fri Mar 26, 2010 12:17 pm

I have Bachelors in Electrical Engineering.
Will I be elligible to apply for Tier 1 Visa after April 6 changes?
And is there any occupation or demand list like the one for Australian immigiration?

Yes you are eligible to apply as long as you meet other requirements as well. All the best !!

I'm sorry to differ but there is, if it was earned somewhere other than UK. When applying for my initial HSMP I called UK Naric to see equivalency of my (Pakistani) Masters in International Relations
The personnel clearly stated that because it's an M A in international relations it's equivalent to UK Bachelors

His best bet it to check what points PBS Calculator gives him
Goodluck.
