Tier 1 worker - Claim taxes back

Hi everyone,

I have worked full-time in the uk for more than one years under WP/Tier1. Because of personal reasons, I will be stopping my work and go to home country this summer. My friend told me I can apply to claim all taxes/NI deducted from my salary during working in the UK. Is it right? If so, how can I apply for this claim? Please advise me! Thank you.
