I'm in the process of applying for extension of my HSMP. One of the questions which confuses me is D4 on Section 2.
It is asking for reference number on the entry clearance. Now, I came to the UK with Working holiday visa and received Entry Clearance from New Zealand. Later in Apr 2008, I changed to HSMP and received Residence Permit.
So, I got two reference numbers - one with Working holiday visa which I received before I came to the UK and the other one with HSMP residence permit while I was in the UK.
Which number should I put?
