How much time will be given for intial entry after approval?
Are there any particular rules about it?

Many topics are there in this forum regarding this issue. Going through the forum with patience would be a lot of help.

One among many http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=54346

There is no time limit for initial entry. But, as Arsenal mentioned in the above mentioned thread, if you enter within 28 days you might be able to apply for ILR with one extension.

No specified time, can enter whenever, provided it isn't past visa expiry. On Tier 1, if you eventually wish to apply for ILR, you need to be in within 28 days, else you will have to apply for additional extension. Please search the forum for 28 day requirements.
