12 months bank statement

Post by rosdean » Sun Mar 28, 2010 5:40 pm

Dear Friends
My friend would like to apply for Tier 1 before April 6th by post. He has met all qualifying criteria except one caveat on his bank statement.

He has 10 out 12 months UK salary Barclays statement starting March 2009 and he somehow misplaced 2 of them (Sept 2009 and Nov 2009). But he has 12 months employer certified salary slips. His bank will take 15 days to send those 2 months statement that will be after April 6th.

Please advise whether this will create any problem or does he need to provide any justification or can he send those 2 months statements later by post.

Thanks
Rosdean

The Service Level Agreement by the bank of 15 days can't be trusted.
Also the bank does not entertain you directly, as well until you finish that timeline.

One suggestion is to go to the bank and tell them the reason, they can arrange for a fax statements and get them stamped/signed by the bank. This will work out.
