Second Job while under Tier 2

Hi,

I am on Tier 2 visa and wonder if I am eligible to undertake second job under following conditions:

- same profession, but different sector
- 16hrs a week
- outside of my normal working hours
- second employer is based back at my home country (job will be conducted by me in UK ) and salary will be paid to my account back home
- how is it going to work with Tax/ni? as i would be paying tax back home for that employment, do i also have to pay/ni here in UK?
