Maintenance requirement - New rules 6 April 2010

Maintenance requirement - New rules 6 April 2010

Hi

With regards to the maintenance requirement, I've read in the MAC's recommendation report they might consider reducing the 3 month period to something like 2 months or even 1 month.

Does anybody know whether the 3 month period will be reduced after 6 April 2010?

No changes will be made after 6th of april on the 3 months.
