Review letter to home office

Hi,

home office had refused my tier 1 gen visa incorrectly.

Now before 1 month my barrister have sent a letter to home office asking them to review and change their decision.because their decision was wrong.if they say yes than fine otherwise I am taking them in high cort for judicial review.

It's over a month now .
But there is no response till now from home office.

Is any body knows in how many days home office Is replying these kind of letters.

Can I do some thing to speed up the process?
