hi all i just wanted to know that the points table mentioned by home office in uk experience collom they sa 5 points for qualification obtained in the UK and 25000 or higher previous earnings in the UK. Can we claim both points or we can claim only 5 points plz reply thanx

You can only claim one of the two for a maximum of 5 points from that section.

@tvn_ramesh and @genenz, thank you guys for helping here. Now one more question is i am on psw my visa is goin to expire in march 2011. I am self employed from this january 2010 and tax returns goes in april or may. So if i earn the money which is requirement or i get needed points with and i show home office this is my earning from january 2010 to jan 2011 and tax returns just for april 2010. Will they accept this and i can pay tax later when my tax return is due??? plz reply if possilbe thanks
