ILR 10 years qualifying period

Post by z18runway » Fri Apr 02, 2010 12:21 am

hi, on feb 4 2013 iam finishing my 10 years life in UK to apply for long residence. I feel iam bit confused with this, coz iam going to put my PSW in DEC 2010 and that will cover upto jan 2013( after posting, waiting for Passport), but according to immigration rules i can apply within 28 days but how will i apply if my PSW visa finishes on jan 25 th 2013 ? wont they refuse my application that if at all iam applying under that 28 days period, i have not covered 10 years ?( it going to be just 1 week short to cover my feb 4th 2013,( i entered uk on feb 4th 2003).

please advice me if you know about this.
