Is marriage certificate mandatory document for Tier 1 dependent visa,
for spouse , Can ambessey do something about it

Marriage Certificate is very essential document when applying for spouse dependents visa.. I donno how u managed for Tier2 dependents visa..

your tier2 visa becomes invalid as soon as you T2 employer informs HO, but since you already changed to T1.. it is good to apply for ur dependents within 28days?? in UK or move them to home country n apply as soon as the marriage certificate is ready...

Is there any workaround for marriage certificate....I mean passport is also valid proof as well , clearly states spouse name ..is that not enough ..please suggest
