ILR Time taken for processing Postal Apllication

Anyone having recent experience in obtaining ILR based on 4 years stay category (Postal Application), Please can you let me know how long it took for you to get your ILR stamped

19 days exactly(post office to door), back in October 05.

You really can't beat the peace of mind and convenience of a personal direct face to face interview with the home office to get your ILR, especially if it's a straightforward application.

Don't be cheap, pay the £500 and breathe a little easier!
In a few years time we'll look back on immigration control like we look back on American prohibition in the thirties - futile and counter-productive.

If there is more than 6 months gap in stay, will it be suitable for in person application?
