Thanks for this valuable info. Does this mean my initial almost 2 years of stay in UK (thru Work visa) will not be counted as a part of my 5 years, when i apply for permanent or probationary citizenship?
Two questions. One answer.I shall need some more clarity on what you have stated. I was on a work visa from Sept 06 till May 08, and then moved on to a Tier 1 Visa. Would I be eligible to apply for a PR in Sept next year or not?
