According to www.workingintheuk.gov.uk ,to switch from a student to a WP , you need to "have obtained a degree level qualification"

What is considered as a degree level qualification?

Would they consider a 3 month English-course for a degree level qualification ?

Quote from www.workingintheuk.gov.uk :

I don't think there is any doubt about it! A 3 month course .... for anything ... is clearly not a degree level course.

I can tell you that an HND is accepted. I switched from Student to WP based on my HND plus 14 yrs of work experience.

vivekR, HND, OK, but I bet it took you a lot longer than three months to get that HND!

I reiterate .... any three-month course is clearly not a degree-level course.
