dear sir i arrived on student visa in uk but now my present leave has been curtailed i am also failed assylun seaker but my status in uk is leagl and i wana marry with eu partner so is it possible i can apply for certificate of approval (but coa says there should be 3 moth leave remain),thanks

How is your UK status legal, if your leave has been 'curtailed' and you are a FAS?

my status is legal mean i didnt enter uk from back door

So if you haven't got any valid leave to remain at present but you entered UK on any visa (front door),that gives you legal status.

Illegal is illegal and as you have no valid leave you are an overstayer and therefore illegal.
