I think the decision has already been made and it is in post-decision process (writing the decision letter, sticking on the ILR, posting etc)
I really pray and hope they've made the positive decision,
That's fabulous news. Especially since you were treated so badly by the call centre. i hope you receive some good news in the post within the next couple of weeks.

Out of interest, did everyone who recently received their ILR get a similar letter?

i got a feeling that i will get it within next week sometimes.
i am sure that the decision was already made otherwise they would not mention any time slot (2-3weeks)

Congratulations Boonbin.

I guess, finally, freedom from visa restrictions after months of agonising wait for permanent resident status would taste all the more sweeter now.

Please also check your PM box.

Liverpool, if I were you, I would act very quickly ..... contact your MP! Why do you need to act quickly? Because all MPs cease to be MPs next Monday!

With a 9-month wait I think you are totally entitled to contact your MP about this.

thank you very much .............

Looking at the condition of all present situation , visa are issued at liverpool for long residence. I saw it in the Home office paper works . it is handled by LIVESET 5 branch .if you want to know the progress you can write to the add as it is

uk border agency
managed migration
department 6
po box 306
liverpool
L2 0QN .
UK

I also have a fax no which is 01516725595.

In my opinion you can write a letter or fax them with your reference no in the no above, explain ur situations , give your contact details etc.

I hope you can try your luck this seems to me the nearest way to contact them ,,by writing to them or faxing them ,,,,I hope and pray that you get the positive feed back..I hope it helps . if your case is handled in other place then they might do forward to them . I think there is no harm in faxing or writing to them .

thank you all people and I am thankful to this forum for all the help . cheers

Received and pending list needs to be updated.

Hangermajor to be added to the 'received application' list while Liverpool needs to be added to the 'still pending' list.

So far userid 'Haha' is the only one from the list who received ILR in less than 20 weeks (i.e. 17.7 weeks to be more precise).

My timelines.applied 04/02 under set o 10 year long residency.
Payment taken 05/02.
Now over 8 weeks but no response yet...wish the option of premium application was available to this category...
Thought would just add on the list though i know all of you have waited much longer.

Got my ILR

Post by dolf » Wed Apr 07, 2010 6:11 pm

Congratulations to all those who have received their ILRs.

I got good news today as I received my passport with ILR stamped on 5th March 2010.

It is issued by Liverpool UKBA office. I got my Life in the UK Test certificate and a letter.

Wish you all who are waiting, good luck.

Like Apu in Simpsons (when he got American citizenship) I think I will be heading to “benefits officeâ€
