Got Pre-Visa Grant Advise ... what is left now?

Well i have received the Pre-Visa GrantAdvice from DIMA against my application for a subclass 136 Visa (idependent skill migrant). I'd like to know whether it means final decision or still any thing left in this regard. what i've to do next now?

Also if any one can advise me whether i can work in newzealand as well on this PR visa status.
