I am a german citizen living in the UK for the last 4 and half years.
I am still at University and studying full-time. I do not work at the moment.
My financee lives in Sicily since 2007 who is a Sri Lankan citizen.
Can I sponsor him now so he can come to UK and lives with me or do I have to start working first? If so, does it has to be full-time or will part-time work suffice?

EEA Family Permit is what he needs to apply for. There is tons of information available about it on this forum, you can search for it.
